TATKRAFT

In order for Tatkraft’s vision to be realised, the UN CRPD forms the basis for its daily activities. In order to achieve the greatest possible impact, Tatkraft works with a clear focus. The organisation is convinced that political participation and visible self-empowerment in everyday life are essential for the desired change of perspective. Projects in the areas of “self-determined living” and “political participation” are therefore primarily conceived and implemented.

People with disabilities are involved in Tatkraft’s projects from start to finish. The project ideas arise from their needs and therefore often come from people with disabilities themselves. People with disabilities are visible at all times during the realisation of projects. This means that Tatkraft is already living its own vision today.
