Counselling
The Tatkraft association provides comprehensive and competent advice on the implementation of inclusion projects in your organisation. Tatkraft advises you in the following areas:
- Network expansion to more people with disabilities We help you reach out to people with disabilities and attract them to your organisation and/or ecosystem.
- Participation of people with disabilities in your organisation We support you in better reaching people with disabilities and building long-term and appreciative cooperation with them.
- Inclusive communication We advise you on how you can organise your corporate communication free of discrimination against people with disabilities (ableism).
- Change of perspective We help you to better understand the perspectives of people with disabilities and their concerns and to incorporate these insights into your work in the long term.
- Disability policy and the disability sector in Switzerland We know the disability sector in Switzerland and help you to better understand the dynamics and dependencies and to find your way around.
- Suitable partners for your organisation We will find suitable partners for your organisation who will work with you to address the disability-specific issues in your organisation and ecosystem.
